NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting will take place on the 26th September 2021 within the context of the 11.00am Service, which will be followed by a ‘bring your own’ lunch.

The purpose of the Meeting will be

  • to approve the minutes of the 2020 AGM
  • to receive the accounts for 2020-2021
  • to appoint the Independent Examiners 2021-2022
  • to elect 3 representatives to the Vestry for 3 years and 1 for 2 years
  • to elect a Lay Representative and an Alternate Lay Representative to the Diocesan Synod and a representative to the Galloway Regional Council
  • to receive the reports from the Rector and the Vestry Secretary and to take special note of the report from the Coordinator for the Protection of Vulnerable Groups
  • to note the continuation of the budgets from 2020

Nominations for representatives must be made by midday on the 24th September using the appropriate form
